Turbana provides continuous technical support and feedback to our growers to ensure the quality of our fruit and improve our processes.
• At the farm level: Our technical support process includes advice from agricultural experts and technical audits of the entire cultivation process. The audit ensures environmental protection, use of chemicals, harvest, hygiene, raw materials, packaging, and worker welfare comply with Turbana'standards as well as national and international regulations.
• At the supply level: In addition to technical support, each farm is supplied and controlled as to the amount of raw materials that are used in each process. This is to guarantee the quality of the materials and their appropriate use, assuring that the quality of the fruit and its characteristics comply with all required standards.
• At the port level: After an in-depth assessment of the fruit at the ports of arrival, each farm receives a report with all the information gathered to create an all-encompassing surveillance environment for control and improvement. This continuous feedback is a vital component in our efforts to target and improve specific aspects of each farm.
