VANILLA PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
SOURCE: BAY VALLEY FOODS 20 OZ FRESH FYFFES GOLD PINEAPPLE, CRUSHED

  • 4 oz plain, low-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups vanilla Pudding
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • whipped cream and toasted coconut garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Add yogurt and pineapple to blender. Blend on high until combined. Add pudding and milk; blend on high. Pour into glasses. To serve, garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
