Lightly whipped cream, cream fraiche,
or ice cream to serve.
Preparation:
Split banana skins down one length, pull the skin back
slightly then place in the center of a square of foil.
Pour over orange juice and place either an unwrapped
Mars bar or Crunchie bar on the banana. Fold over the
foil, encasing the banana completely. Place on the barbecue
and cook for 5 7 minutes or until the chocolate
bars have started to melt. Serve at once sprinkled with
orange rind and with ice cream, etc.
