Sauté Bananas

Ingredients:

Serve as an appetizer or a side dish with any kind of meat.
5 exotic bananas
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
tomato wedges for garnish

Preparation:

Peel bananas. Halve bananas lengthwise. In large skillet, heat butter so it becomes hot, then reduce heat to low and cook bananas for 2 minutes or until tender, turning once. Garnish with tomato wedges. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
