3/4 Cup Of Butter Or Margarine,
Melted and Divided in Two Portions
1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
Sliced Star Fruit and Kiwi Fruit,

Preparation:
In food processor, blend the condensed milk, coconut,
and lemon juice until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Dip
bananas into milk mixture; roll in the corn flakes and
set aside. Dip chicken into remaining milk mixture;
roll in the remaining corn flakes and place in two greased
13-inch by 2-inch baking pans. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup
of the melted butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees
for 1 hour. Arrange bananas over the chicken. Sprinkle
with the remaining butter. Bake 15 minutes longer or
until chicken juices run clear. Garnish with star fruit
and kiwi if desired. (Serves - 6 to 8)
